Cloud Control Panel - Erroneous Instance Limit Error

We recently updated our cloud panel software, and we've identified a new bug that is resulting in the error "Could not create instance as it would exceed quota.". If you are receiving this error, please open a ticket so we can apply a fix. We are working with the software vendor to deploy a global fix.
